Step 1 (Optional) : Prepare Metadata File

Create from a method-specific template:
Load/edit a previously prepared metadata file:
Extract from an mmCIF file:
Fetch by PDB or EMDB ID:

After preparing your metadata file, press Save and Finish button to proceed to Step 2 and upload your structure file.

For 3DEM map-only depositions, press Save to Disk button to save your metadata file for direct submission to OneDep.

Go back or choose Option B to skip metadata preparation.
